心理干预对四肢骨折内固定术患者焦虑的影响

The effect of psychological intervention on anxiety in patients with internal fixation of limb fracture

目的:探讨心理干预对四肢骨折内固定术患者焦虑的护理效果。方法:收治四肢骨折行内固定术患者40例,给予心理护理干预;于护理后6个月,回访调查患者康复效果。结果:通过心理护理干预进行综合疏导,患者焦虑症状均得到有效控制;有效率92.5%。结论:心理干预用于四肢骨折患者,可显著缓解焦虑心理,促使患者保持良好的治疗状态。

Objective:To explore the psychological intervention effect on anxiety of patients with limb fracture fixation.Methods:40 patients with limb fracture fixation were selected.They were given psychological nursing intervention,then we investigated their rehabilitation after nursing for 6 months.Results:The anxiety symptoms of patients were controlled effectively,by implementing psychological nursing intervention,and the effective rate was 92.5%.Conclusion:Psychological intervention for patients with limb fracture,can ease the anxiety of patients significantly,help patients to keep a good state of treatment.
