摘要目的:探讨结构化皮肤护理方案对降低患者失禁性皮炎患病率的应用效果。方法:收治大便失禁患者90例,分两组,各45例,对照组给予常规护理方法进行护理,观察组实施结构化皮肤护理。比较患者失禁性皮炎的严重程度,评价患者肛周皮肤状况。结果:观察组失禁性皮炎明显低于对照组,压疮发生率也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:结构化皮肤护理可以降低患者皮肤暴露粪便的频率,降低了压疮发生率,减轻了临床护理负担。 Objective:To discuss the application effect of structured skin care regimen to reduce the patients with incontinence dermatitis prevalence.Methods:90 patients with fecal incontinence were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of the 45 cases.The control group received routine nursing care.The observation group were given the implementation of structured skin care.We compared the severity of the patients with incontinence dermatitis and evaluated the condition of the anal skin condition of the patients.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Structured skin care can reduce the frequency of skin exposure,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,and reduce the burden of clinical nursing.
