舒适护理在急诊中毒洗胃中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing on the gastric lavage in emergency poisoning

目的:探讨急诊中毒洗胃过程中应用舒适护理的效果。方法:收治中毒洗胃患者96例,其中对照组48例患者采用常规护理干预,观察组48例患者则采用舒适护理干预。结果:观察组疼痛程度评分、不良反应发生率明显比对照组低(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:临床上针对急诊科中毒洗胃患者应用舒适护理,可取得理想的护理疗效。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of comfort nursing during poisoning gastric lavage.Methods:96 patients with poisoning gastric lavage were selected.Patients in the control group with 48 cases were treated with routine nursing intervention,while in the observation group with 48 cases were treated with comfort nursing intervention.Results:The pain score and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing care applied on poisoning gastric lavage of emergency department in clinical can obtain ideal curative effect.
