经内镜金属夹结扎联合高频电切术治疗消化道息肉的临床效果及其护理研究

Clinical effect and nursing of endoscopic metal clip ligation combined with high frequency electric resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps

目的:探讨、分析经内镜金属夹结扎联合高频电切术治疗消化道息肉的临床效果及其护理研究。方法:收治经内镜金属夹结扎联合高频电切术治疗消化道息肉患者88例,分两组,各44例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予全面护理进行干预。护理后,对比两组患者的手术成功率、焦虑和恐惧程度的评分。结果:观察组手术成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且焦虑和恐惧程度的评分对比,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于内镜金属夹结扎联合高频电切术治疗消化道息肉,采用全面护理干预,效果显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and nursing of endoscopic metal clip ligation combined with high frequency electric resection in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps.Methods:88 patients with endoscopic metal clip ligation combined with high frequency electric resection for the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 44 cases.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.After nursing,the success rate of the operation,the degree of anxiety and fear between groups were compared.Results:The success rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of anxiety and fear were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of the comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps by endoscopic metal clip ligation and high frequency electric resection is significant.
