健康教育对社区高血压患者用药依从性的影响评价

Effect of health education on medication compliance of patients with hypertension in community

目的:评价健康教育对社区高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法:收治高血压患者100例,分两组,对照组给予常规干预,试验组在对照组的基础上采取健康教育,比较两组患者的服药依从性及治疗效果。结果:两组患者的服药依从性相比,试验组显著较高(P<0.05)。结论:对社区高血压患者采取健康教育可以显著提高患者的用药依从性,并有效地控制血压。

Objective:To value the effect of health education on medication compliance of patients with hypertension in community.Methods:100 patients with hypertension were selected.They were divided into two groups.The control group were given conventional intervention.The experimental group patients in the control group on the basis of health education.The medication compliance and treatment effect between groups were compared.Results:The medication compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can significantly improve the medication compliance of patients with hypertension in community,and effective control blood pressure.
