护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗的疗效及依从性的影响分析

Influence analysis of nursing intervention on curative effect and compliance of infantile asthma with atomization treatment

目的:探讨护理干预对小儿哮喘雾化治疗的疗效及依从性的影响。方法:收治哮喘患儿148例,随机分为两组。两组均给予雾化治疗,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予护理干预,比较两组疗效及依从性。结果:试验组治疗有效率、依从性明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能提高小儿哮喘雾化的疗效及依从性。

Objective:To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on curative effect and compliance of infantile asthma with atomization treatment.Methods:148 cases of children with asthma were divided into two groups randomly.The two groups were given atomization treatment.The control group was given routine nursing.The experiment group was given nursing intervention based on the control group.The curative effect and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate and compliance in the experiment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could improve the curative effect and compliance of infantile asthma with atomization treatment.
