居民健康档案实施现状及对策探讨

Discussion on the current situation of implementation and countermeasures of residents' health archives

目的:探讨城乡居民档案实施现状及对策研究。方法:对居民档案实施状况资料进行分析,并开展问卷调查。将居民健康档案建立情况与实施情况进行比较,分析存在的问题,找出应对措施进行探讨。结果:居民档案在纸质档案、电子档案以及档案内容上完整度较高,基本城乡居民档案完整度都在90%以上,不足表现为城市档案更新度71.3%,乡镇的档案更新度62.8%;实际居民档案在镇卫生院、社区服务中心等的利用率,城乡分别为61%,54.7%,城乡存在一定差异。结论:居民档案基本实现了居民全面建档管理,但在实际应用与档案更新上仍有不足。加强建档管理的实施力度,完善网络居民档案服务能力,是改善居民档案实施与更新力度不足的重要举措。

Objective:To investigate the current situation of implementation and countermeasures of residents' health archives.Methods:We analyze the status of the implementation of the residents' archives and conduct a questionnaire survey.The establishment and implementation of residents' health archives were compared,and the existing problems were analyzed,to find out the measures to deal with.Results:The completeness of paper archives,electronic archives and archives content of residents profile was high.The file integrity of the basic urban and rural residents was above 90%;lack of performance for the city archives freshness was 71.3% ;file update of township was 62.8% ;the utilization rate of the actual resident file in the town hospital,the community service center and so on,urban and rural results were 61% and 54.7%.There were some differences between urban and rural areas.Conclusion:Residents file basically residents comprehensive filing management,however,there were still some deficiencies in the practical application and the file update.To strengthen the implementation of file management,improve the network community archives service ability are some important measures to improve the residents and the insufficient implementation of file update.
