对肺结核患者家庭成员的健康教育作用分析

Analysis of the role of health education in family members of tuberculosis patients

目的:调查健康教育对肺结核患者家庭成员的结核病预防知识的了解程度,提高日常接触中的防护意识。方法:收治肺结核患者家庭成员120例,分成两组,每组60例,把进行结核病预防知识宣教的家庭成员作为观察组,另一组家庭成员作为对照组,采用统一调查问卷和问答的形式进行统计分析。结果:观察组知晓率明显高于对照组。结论:医护人员对肺结核患者家庭成员的健康教育十分重要。

Objective:To investigate the level of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention in family members of tuberculosis patients,and to improve the awareness of prevention in daily contact.Methods:The 120 family members of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.They were divided into two groups,each group of 60 patients.The tuberculosis prevention knowledge of family members in the observation group,and another group of family members as the control group.They were used a unified questionnaire and answer in the form of statistical analysis.Results:The awareness rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Health education is very important to the health education of the medical staff in the family members of the patients with tuberculosis.
