摘要
目的:急诊科是抢救急危重患者的主要科室,也是患者和医务人员最容易发生矛盾、出现医疗纠纷和遭受投诉的地方。本文通过对急诊科紧张医患关系的原因进行了总结,并提出了防范医患关系紧张的措施。
Emergency department is urgent rescue of critically ill patients with major departments,and it is also the most prone to contradiction, patients and medical staff of medical disputes and complaints.In this paper,the author summarized the reasons for tension doctor-patient relationship in emergency department and put forward the preventive measures for tension doctor-patient relationship.
