摘要
目的:通过引入基于常微分方程的肿瘤综合治疗数学模型,探讨实现肿瘤综合治疗优化的可行性。方法:了解肿瘤生长和综合治疗模型、NK细胞作用机制模型、CD8+T细胞作用机制模型、淋巴细胞作用机制模型以及化学治疗药物浓度模型,并将此模型适当数字化,最后利用计算机模拟来进行分析。结果:模拟分析均能输出稳定的结果。在一定范围内,各种因素的初始状态的变化会对结果产生较大影响,提示基于模型的治疗优化存在实际应用价值。结论:在合适的模型参数支持下,基于ODE的肿瘤综合治疗数学模型能有效完成肿瘤治疗的优化和预后评估。
Objective: To Discuss the feasibility of tumor combination therapy optimization with the mathematical models based onOrdinary Differential Equation (ODE). Methods: 5 models including tumor growth and combination model, NK-cell action model,CD8+T cell action model, lymphocytes cell action model as well as concentration model of chemotherapy drug were formulated,digitalized and simulated with computers. Results: The results of simulation analysis were outputted stably. In some specific range,all kinds of factors in the models would response significantly due to the changes of initial conditions. It should be promoted that themathematical models could be used for tumor combination therapy optimization. Conclusion: Supporting with the proper modelparameters, the mathematical model of tumor combination therapy based on ODE can be used for tumor therapy optimization andprognosis evaluation.
