目的:构建一个基于移动医疗技术的妊娠期糖尿病管理系统,解决由医疗资源不足造成的一些妊娠期糖尿病患者处于医院监护盲区,无法得到专业化的医疗服务的问题。方法:通过患者端App上传检测数据到云端管理,医生端移动应用实时监测患者健康状况,在云端建立了营养配餐模型和宣教干预系统,营养干预模型为患者设计精准的营养菜谱实现个体化营养干预,宣教干预系统为患者提供健康知识。结果:该系统为患者提供集血糖监测、营养干预和宣教干预于一体的医疗服务,可提高患者对医疗工作的依从性。结论:系统演示和试用效果表明系统用户体验良好,可提升妊娠期糖尿病的管理效率,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective: Due to the shortage of medical resources, some patients with gestational diabetes can only be at home forself health care, who are in hospital monitoring blind spots and can not get specialized medical services. In view of this situation, agestational diabetes mellitus management system based on mobile medical technology is established. Methods: Patient client uploadhealth data to the cloud for management, and the doctor's mobile application monitors the health of patients real-time.Nutritionintervention model and education intervention system are established in the cloud. Nutritional intervention model designs precisenutritional recipes for patients to achieve individual nutritional intervention. Education intervention system provides patients withhealth knowledge. Results: This system provides a comprehensive medical service for patients, including blood glucose monitoring,nutrition intervention and missionary intervention, which can improve the compliance of patients to medical treatment. Conclusions:The system demonstration and trial results show that this system has a good user experience and can improve the managementefficiency of gestational diabetes mellitus, which has certain clinical application value.
