主要研究湖北试点地区基于新农合健康卡的应用模式,详细分析了金融机构办卡、卫生部门主导发卡、医疗机构门诊业务和医疗机构住院业务流程,重点关注了居民健康卡从数据采集、系统改造兼容、数据回传等健康卡应用数据构建,最后结合试点地区健康卡应用现状及评价,总结湖北省新农合健康卡的应用模式,为其他医疗结构提供参考。

The paper focus on the residents' health card application model in Hubei pilot areas. It detailed analyses the business processof financial institutions'making card, the health sector's distributing card, hospital outpatient services, and hospital inpatient services.The paper also focus on the health's card data construction from data acquisition, system compatibles and data backhaul. And finally thepaper considers the health card application status in pilot areas, and provide reference for other medical institutions.
