摘要
针对传统停车场的不足,在分析升降横移式立体车库原理的基础上,设计了基于PLC和MCGS的车库控制监控系统。在分析系统工作原理的基础上,对其硬件结构及程序设计进行介绍。通过工控组态软件MCGS组态画面的制作、数据库的构建及脚本程序的编写、调试能够实现对自动停车场全程的实时自动监控。实验证明,系统运行顺畅,性能可靠,人机交互界面友好,自动化水平高,具有应用价值。
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional parking lots, a garage monitoring system is designedby using the programmable controller PLC based on an analysis of the principle of the lifting andtransferring stereoscopic garage. The monitoring of the control system uses the industrial control configurationsoftware MCGS based on the WINDOWS platform. The automatic monitoring system for parkinglots can be realized through the construction of the configuration software database, the the programming and debugging of the control flow. Experiments have demonstrated has favorable market prospects and high application value due to the fact that the advantages such as smooth operation, reliable performance, a friendly human - computer interaction interface,and a high automation level.
