基于PLC及MCGS的校园换热系统设计

摘要 针对校园供热系统存在的供热效率低,能源浪费大等问题,基于PLC与组态软件MCGS设计了监控一体化的校园换热站控制管理系统。通过对换热站工艺过程分析、确立了二次供水的恒温恒压闭环控制方案,提出了对教学区的分时供热设计方法,通过编程软件完成了恒温恒压控制系统的PID算法设计。在MCGS组态系统设计了系统的监控画面,实现了PLC与上位机的实时通讯。通过本校的应用证明,此系统自动化程度高,运行可靠,节能效果显著。 This paper aims to solve the problems of low efficiency, large energy waste heating system by designing an integrated monitoring system based on PLC and configuration softwareMCGS . Based on analysis of the heat exchange station process, the paper establishes the constant - temperatureconstant - pressure closed - loop control csheme for secondary water supply PID and proposes thetim^ - sharing heating method for teaching area . PID control algorithm in the constant temperature andconstant pressure system is achieved by the programming software. The system monitor pictures are designedin the MCGS configuration system thus achieving the real-tim e communication of the PLC and PC.The application of the system in our school has demonstrated that this system has reliable operation, remarkable energy saving.
