摘要 体内外试验证明IGF-1R在食管癌中异常表达,发挥潜在的促癌作用。本文就IGF-1R的信号转导通路、与ESCC的关系及临床应用的最新进展进行综述。 Experiments in vitro and in vivo demonstrate the aberrant IGF - 1R play oncogenic role in the progressionof esophageal cancer. This article is intended to elaborate IGF - 1R signaling pathway, relationship and the latest pro-gress in ESCC research and a summary of the progress.
