摘要
以BJT型OP07号运算放大器为研究对象,建立了一套适合集成运算放大器电磁脉冲损伤效应实验的系统和方法。通过方波脉冲直接注入,研究了电磁脉冲对运算放大器的瞬态干扰和损伤。观察OP07运放的实时工作状态,捕获到增益减小、直流输出、输出信号Y向偏移和输出信号波形失真四种典型的现象。
An EM^P damage effects test system for B JT OP07 operational amplifiers is built.In the test system, the square wave pulse is directly injected into the operational amplifiers.The EMP transient interference and damage phenomenon of operational amplifiers a reo b -served, such as the gain depression, DC output, direction deviations and waveform distortions of output signal waveform.
