初步探讨南充地区体检者血尿酸与脉搏波传导速度的关系

摘要 目的:初步探讨南充地区体检者血尿酸(UA)升高与脉搏波传导速度下降的关系。方法:采用横断面研究的方法收集5 453名健康体检者血尿酸检查结果,并测量上臂-脚踝间脉搏波传导速度(brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity,ba PWV),1 400 cm/s≤ba PWV<1 700 cm/s为血管弹性轻度下降,1 700 cm/s≤ba PWV<2 000 cm/s为血管弹性中度下降,ba PWV≥2 000 cm/s为血管弹性重度下降。用Kruskal-Wallis单因素秩方差分析、Dunn's Method及卡方检验分析比较。结果:在不同血管弹性下降程度的体检者中血UA水平均要高于血管弹性正常组。血管弹性下降的体检者中高UA发生率高于正常组,且血管弹性下降程度越高,高UA发生率越高。男性和女性体检者高UA发生率在血管弹性下降者中均较高,女性高UA发生情况随血管弹性程度的下降而增加,男性则没有这种趋势。结论:初步推断UA水平与脉搏波传导速度有一定相关性。 Objective:To preliminarily discuss the correlation between blood uric acid and pulse wave velocity within physicalexamination in Nanchong area. Methods : Cross-sectional data from 5 453 adults who underwent blood uric acid test and baPWV measurementswere analyzed. The decreased vascular elasticity was divided into mild decline( 1 400 cm /s^baPW V < 1 700 cm /s) M oderatedecline (1 700 cm /s^baPW V < 2 000 cm /s) and Severe decline ( baPWV ^ 2 000 cm /s). Kruskal-Wallis single factor analysis,Dunn^ Method and chi-square test were used for analysis and comparison. Results: In each group which the pulse wave velocity(PW V) is above 1 400 cm /s,the uric acid level is higher than those under 1 400 cm /s. The high uric acid(H UA) has higher incidencerate in the people whose PWV above 1 400cm /s,and increased vascular stiffness degree is higher, the higher incidence rate ofhigh uric acid. Each gender has higher incidence rate of HUA when PWV is above 1 400cm /s,high uric acid in female occurs with increasing,with the vessels elasticity decreased, but not in men this trend. Conclusion: Preliminarily inferred that the uric acid level hascertain correlationship with pulse wave velocity.
