Development and Design of Practical Programs in “Production Operation Control of Organic Products”

"有机产品生产运行控制"课程作为国家精品资源共享建设课程及我院"理实一体化课程改革与建设"的重点课程,如何使课程实现"理实一体化"的教学,让学生通过对本课程的学习而具有良好的专业知识、技术技能和职业素质,一直是课程组教师关注和研究的主要问题。主要从本课程实践项目的开发和设计谈一谈"理实一体化"课程的建设,给同行以借鉴。

“Production Operation Control of Organic Product” is one of the courses of the excellent nationalcurriculum resource and the key course in the reform of ‘‘ integration of theory and practice of curriculumreform and the construction” , thus how to realize the “ integration of theory and practice” in the teachingprocess and help the students obtain professional knowledge, technical skills and quality has been the focus andthe main problems of our research. Therefore, this article aims to explore how to design and develop thepractical programs so as to achieve the purpose of curriculum construction and to provide reference for otherteachers.
