PDCA循环法在临床检验危急值质量管理的应用研究

Using Plan-Do-Check-Act circulation in the clinical laboratory panic value management

目的探讨运用PDCA循环法提高急诊科临床检验危急值的质量管理。方法 2014年1月至2014年12月成立PDCA管理小组,运用PDCA管理方法反复进行监督检查,定立PDCA循环改进方案。通过1年的PDCA循环管理实施,比较PDCA管理实施前后的急诊科检验危急值管理制度执行情况的合格率。结果 PDCA管理实施后,急诊科检验危急值管理制度的执行情况的合格率有明显上升趋势,从2014年1月的42.5%上升至2014年12月的98.6%,前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论 PDCA循环法能明显提高急诊科检验危急值管理制度执行情况的合格率,使有危急值的患者能得到及时治疗,有利于保证医疗质量和安全。

Objective To investigate the utility of PDCA(Plan Do Check Action)circulation administration in the management of clinical laboratory panic value in the emergency department.Methods The project was set up in January 2014,and supervision and inspection was repeated underlining PDCA circulation.When the program had been implemented for 1year,medical quality was assessed and the qualified rate of the management was compared before and after PDCA circulation administration.Results After PDCA circulation administration,the qualified rate of the clinical laboratory panic value management was improved,from 42.5%in January 2014 to 98.6%in December 2014,which was statistically differences.Conclusion PDCA circulation administration can improve significantly the panic value management,which may help critical patients receive effective interventions or treatments promptly,and ensure the medical quality and safety.
