摘要
2015—2016年福建省冬季平均气温正常,极端气温偏低;降水异常偏多;日照偏少,大部县市为明显到异常偏少。2016年1月出现了近半个世纪以来最强冷空气过程,极端最低气温超过历史同期最低值,寒冻害属历年第2位,仅比1999—2000年冬季寒冻害轻;中南部连续2次暴雨过程历史罕见,降水量属历年第1位。主要的农业气象灾害有低温阴雨寡照、暴雨和寒冻害3类,其中影响最大的是寒冻害。
In the winter of 2015-2016 in Fujian Province, average temperature was nor^nal, extreme temperature was lower,precipitation was anor^naly m ore, and sunlight was remarkably and anor^naly less in the most counties. In Januar^^ of 2016, the emergence of the strongest cold air process for nearly half a century led to the extreme temperature falling below the minimum value in the same period of history. The freezing damage followed that in the winter of 1999-2000, which had caused the worst damage over the years.In the south central areas, continuous two rainstorms rarely emerging in history occurred and the precipitation was the top over the years. Agricultural disasters were caused by low tem perature, rainy w eather, scant sunlight, rainstorms and freezing, and the freezing resulted in the greatest damage.
