浅议公安实战化教学-以江苏警官学院侦查课程为例

目前,公安院校对实战化教学争议颇多。本文从江苏警官学院侦查专业的实战化教学改革出发,认为在目前的实践中普遍存在教学内容不能及时反映侦查实战、实战化教学内涵不清、课程之间衔接不够、模拟实训教学条件不足、没有实战化教学教材等问题。进一步深化实战化教学改革,需要在加强实战化导向、打造实战化教学团队、加大模拟实训教学力度、编写符合实战化教学要求的教材、完善专业技能考核等方面作出长期努力。

There is a lot of controversy about what the goal of police practical teaching really is. In order tostudy this problem, w e have conducted analysis on the practical teaching program of investigation major inJiangsu Police Institute. The survey finds that there exist lots of questions about the police practical teachingprogram, such as inconsistence of teaching content with practical requirements of the crime investigation,obscurities in definition about the practical teaching, loose connection of courses, inadequate situations forpractical teaching, and lack of practical teaching materials. Regarding the problems mentioned above, w eshould strengthen the guidance of practical teaching, develop the practical teaching team, strengthen practicaland simulated realistic teaching, compile teaching materials that meets the requirements of practical teaching,and perfect the systems for assessing the policing skills.
