摘要
SoLoMo在农产品零售电商中的应用,提高了客户满意度及产品的价值,但也存在同质化竞争和本地化不足等问题。通过有效整合营销,突出产品质量、包装特色、个性化服务和实时互动交流,为客户提供基于核心利益的产品与服务,才能提升农产品零售电商营销效果。
Employing SoLoMo in agricultural product retail for e-com m erce satisfies customers and increases the value of products. But there also exist problems such as homogeneous competition and inadequate localization. It is argued that efforts can be made to effectively integrate marketing, to highlight product quality,packing features and individualized services and instant interactive communication. To provide customers with products and services based on core interests will finally improve the marketing effect of e-commerce in agricultural product retail.
