新疆少数民族地区基层医务人员工作满意度影响因素分析 被引量:2

Analysis on influencing factors of job satisfaction in grassroots medical staffs in Xinjiang minority area

摘要 [目的]了解新疆边远少数民族地区基层医务人员工作满意度水平,及不同群体特征存在的满意度差异,并研究其主要影响因素,为西部农村卫生事业的发展提供参考建议。[方法]以新疆墨玉县全部在岗医务人员为研究对象,采用JSS工作满意度调查表,以自填问卷的方式进行调查研究,通过单因素分析和多重线性回归分析,探讨少数民族地区基层医务人员工作满意度及影响因素。[结果]被调查对象的总体满意度为(114.618±11.403)分,单因素分析结果显示:不同机构、性别、学历、科室和培训机会的医务人员工作满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);根据多重线性回归分析结果,影响墨玉县医务人员满意度水平的主要影响因素为性别、年龄、教育水平、培训机会、科室、收入。[结论]墨玉县医务人员总体工作满意度水平不高。应构建科学、合理的薪酬分配体系,完善对基层医务人员的继续教育机制,以提高其工作满意度。 Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of satisfaction on job in Xinjiang minority area, analyzes influencing factors,and provide suggestions for development of health services in rural western China. Methods JSS questionnaire was conducted to investigate jobsatisfaction of primary health workers in Moyu county. It discussed job satisfaction in grassroots medical staffs in Xinjiang minority areas and theinfluence factors by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results The gross satisfaction of the respondents was ( 114. 618± 11. 403) . Single factor analysis showed that there were significant differences among different department, gender, degree of education andopportunity of training (P <0. 05) . The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that major influence factors were gender, age,degree of education, opportunity of training, department, income. Conclusions Job satisfaction level of medical staffs in Moyu was not high. Itneed to build scientific, reasonable salary distribution system, perfect continue education system to grassroots medical staffs so as to improvetheir job satisfaction.
