镍钛合金抓握式肋骨接骨板内固定治疗147例多发肋骨骨折 被引量:6

Internal Fixation with Nickel-Titanium Alloy Embracing Fixator for Multiple Rib Fractures:A Report of 147 Cases

摘要 目的探讨切开复位、镍钛合金抓握式肋骨接骨板内固定治疗多发肋骨骨折的疗效。方法选取336例多发肋骨骨折患者,按治疗方法的不同分为内固定手术组(手术组,n=147)和非手术治疗组(非手术组,n=189),手术组采用镍钛合金抓握式肋骨接骨板行切开复位内固定,非手术组采取常规保守治疗。比较2组患者疗效及并发症发生情况等。结果 2组患者均痊愈出院,手术组肋骨骨折及胸廓塌陷畸形矫正满意,且住院时间、疼痛感觉评分、镇痛药量、肺不张及肺感染发生率均少于非手术组(P<0.05)。结论多发肋骨骨折采用镍钛合金抓握式肋骨接骨板进行内固定手术治疗,可以矫正胸廓畸形,减轻疼痛,缩短住院时间,减少并发症。 Objective To investigate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation with nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator on multiple rib fractures. Methods A total of 336 patients with multiple rib fractures were treated with conventional conservative treatment (non-operation group, 1 8 9 ) or open reduction and internal fixation with nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator(operation group, n = 147). The efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results All patients were cured and discharged from hospital. Compared with non-operation group, open reduction and internal fixation with nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator achieved satisfactory correction of rib fractures and thoracic collapse, shortened hospital stay, improved pain score, decreased analgesic dose, and reduced incidence of atelectasis and pulmonary infection (P<C0. 05). Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with nickel-titanium alloy embracing fixator can correct thoracic deformity, alleviate pain, shorten hospital stay and reduce complications in patients with multiple rib fractures.
