嗅鞘细胞移植与P2X4受体介导的神经病理痛相关性研究进展

摘要 神经病理痛发病机制相当复杂,是目前临床治疗的焦点问题,P2X4受体在神经病理痛发生中起到核心中介的作用。由于嗅鞘细胞具有在神经损伤修复方面的独特生物学特性,成为目前在神经病理痛方面最具有潜在的治疗手段。本文就嗅鞘细胞移植与P2X4受体介导的神经病理痛相关性研究进展作一综述。 The pathogenesis of neuropathic pain is quite complex, and it is currently the focus of clinical treatment. P2X4 receptors play a key role in the occurrence of neuropathic pain. Because olfactory ensheathing cells have unique biological properties in nerve repair, olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation has now become a potential treatment for neuropathic pain. This paper reviews the relationship between olfactory ensheathing cell transplantation and P2X4 receptors-mediated neuropathic pain.
