mTOR信号通路在糖尿病肾病足细胞损伤中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)是临床常见的继发性肾病,有关DN发病机制的研究,人们早先关注的是肾脏系膜基质堆积和肾小球基底膜增厚,近年来足细胞在DN中的损伤,成为人们关注和研究的热点,足细胞损伤可分为足细胞数量减少、肥大变性及足突融合消失。mTOR信号途径参与了足细胞肾病的发病调控机制,其分为mTOR信号复合物1(mTORC1)与mTOR信号复合物2(mTORC2),目前的研究主要集中在mTORC1对肾小球系膜基质、细胞外基质、系膜细胞增生的影响,对mTORC2研究甚少,mTORC2信号通路主要作用是调控肌动蛋白和细胞骨架重组。本文探讨mTOR信号通路在DN足细胞损伤中的研究进展,旨在探寻防治DN的更有效方法。
