脾氨肽联合维A酸霜和喷昔洛韦乳膏治疗扁平疣的疗效观察

Observation of the effect of spleen Aminopeptide combined with vitamin A acid cream and penciclovir cream in treatment flat wart

目的：观察脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合维A酸霜和喷普洛韦乳膏治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:选取50例扁平疣患者设为A组,给予维A酸霜和喷普洛韦乳膏外用治疗、脾氨肽口服冻干粉口服治疗；与以往观察的36例（B组）（治愈率为69.44%,总有效率为94.44%)比较。结果:治疗8周后A组治愈率为88.00%,总有效率为96.00%;与B组治愈率比较，差异有统计学意义(%2=4.544,_P<0.05)。结论:维A酸霜和喷普洛韦乳膏联合疗法是治疗扁平疣有效的方法，但与脾氨肽口服冻干粉联合应用能更有效提高扁平疣的治愈率，三联疗法疗效更为显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of spleen Aminopeptide Oral Lyophilized Powder Combined with vitamin Aacid cream and penciclovir cream in the treatment of flat wart.
