Ntrap拦截网在输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石中应用Ntrap结石拦截网防止结石上移的疗效。方法:行输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗的118例输尿管上段结石患者被随机分为两组,组Ⅰ58例患者术中未使用Ntrap拦截网,组Ⅱ60例患者术中置入Ntrap拦截网。结果:组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ患者性别、年龄、结石大小差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术时间分别为(55.3±11.6)min和(52.6±14.2)min,组Ⅱ的手术时间较组Ⅰ短,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结石清除成功率在组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ分别为84.2%和96.6%,与组Ⅰ相比,组Ⅱ患者有较高的结石清除率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ntrap结石拦截网是一种输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管上段结石安全有效的装置,值得在临床上进一步推广。 Objective This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of Ntrap in prevention of stone retropulsion during ureteroscopicHolmium :YAG laser lithotripsy of upper ureteral calculi. Method A total of 118 patients with upper ureteral stones treated bysemirigid ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser were divided into two groups. Fifty - eight patients who underwent ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy without the use of the Ntrap were assigned to Group I and 60 patients with the Ntrap were assigned to Group II Patientgender,age,stone size, operative time, success rate, and pre - and postoperative complications were compared between the twogroups. Results The mean age of the patients, the sex ratios and The mean size of the stones were not significantly different betweenthe two groups (P >0. 05). The mean operation time was (55. 3 ± 11. 6) minutes and (52. 6 ± 14. 2) minutes. The operation time wasshorter in Group II,but the difference was not significant ( P > 0. 05). The success rate of stone removal was 84. 2% and 96. 6% inGroups I and II,respectively;Group II showed a significantly higher success rate (P <0.05). Conclusion Ntrap is an effective occlusivedevice against upper ureteral calculi retropulsion during ureteroscopic Holmium:YAG laser lithotripsy
