重型颅脑损伤继发脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical study of severe traumatic brain injury secondary to cerebral infarction

目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤继发脑梗死患者临床治疗方法及治疗效果。方法:选取诊治的68例重型颅脑损伤继发脑梗死患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和试验组各34例。对照组采用保守方法治疗,试验组实施手术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:试验组治疗总有效率为47.1%,显著高于对照组的23.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后GOS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组病灶水肿体积显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后SSA评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重型颅脑损伤继发脑梗死患者采用手术治疗效果理想,能够提高患者临床治疗效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the severe head injury secondary to cerebral infarction in patients with clinical treatmentmethods and treatment.
