在手术室护理工作中实施安全护理干预的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of safety nursing intervention in the operation room nursing work

目的:分析安全护理干预在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法:选取手术室患者103例作为研究对象,所有对象随机分为对照组52例和观察组51例,对照组患者采用常规护理方法进行护理,观察组患者采用护理干预,对比分析两组患者护理前后护理质量评分,舒适度评分,心理状况,护理满意度。结果:观察组患者的护理质量评分和舒适度评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者心理状况较对照组患者明显好转(P<0.05),观察组患者的护理满意度较对照组患者明显升高。结论:安全护理干预用于手术室护理工作中,可明显改善护理质量,提高患者对护理工作满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effects of nursing interventions during nursing work in operating room. Method Atotal of 103 patients who were received operation in our hospital were enrolled into this study. All the subjects were randomly dividedinto two groups: control group ( n = 52) and observe group (n =51). The patients of the control group were received conventionalnursing,and the patients of the observe group were received nursing interventions. The following parameters were compared and analyzed:quality of nursing, comfort score, psychological status, and satisfaction with care. Results The quality of nursing and comfortscores of the control group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0. 05 ). The psychological status of the observegroup was significantly improved than that of the control group (P < 0. 05 ). The satisfaction with care of the observe groupwere significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve quality of nursing,satisfaction with care.
