Objective To explore the KAP mode interference influence on pregnant women pelvic floor muscle exercise adherence, improve the enthusiasm of patients in rehabilitation training, finally realizes the treatment effect of effective promotion. MethodSelection in our hospital antenatal examination and fixed point at the beginning of our labor health,200 cases of pregnant women, accordingto the sequence of computer randomly were divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group of pregnantwomen with pelvic floor muscle exercise, and in front of the hospital and check exercise adherence questionnaire form, subjectiveevaluation, postpartum 42 days of pelvic floor functional objective index to evaluate,to the control group in accordance with theconventional pelvic floor muscle training, evaluate the function of two groups of pelvic floor. Results two groups of pregnant womenthe compliance rate, pelvic floor muscle strength, vaginal resting pressure, systolic blood pressure and POP - Q score were compared, the differences were statistically significant (P <0. 05). Conclusion KAP intervention is an effective mode of health educationintervention, can function of women with postpartum pelvic floor disorder to form strong intervention, further enrich the rehabilitationtraining of relevant knowledge and skills, improve their own dependency, eventually reduce the incidence of pelvic floor functionaldisorder.
