摘要 我国建筑行业近年来平稳发展,把握和深化产教融合是高职土建专业发展的契机。高职土建专业产教融合遇到校企双方合作意愿、校办企业功能发挥等方面的实践难题,结合台湾地区高职教育产教融合的有益经验,对此提出化解难题的措施:加强对企业提供专业技术支持与服务的能力,加强与地方中小型特色企业的合作,将教师产教融合工作成绩纳入评聘晋职的考评标准,改革校办企业经营管理。 With the steady development of China ^ s construction industry in recent years, grasping and deepening the industry-education integration is the key to the development of civil engineering in higher vocational colleges. However, the willingness of university-enterprise cooperation and the function of university-owned enterprise become the practical problems of the industry-education integration of civil engineering in higher vocational colleges. Based on the successful experience of the industry-education integration in Taiwan , s higher vocational education, this essay will propose some countermeasures to solve these problems, such as enhancing the ability to provide professional technical support and service for enterprises, strengthening the cooperation with local small and medium sized enterprises, bringing the results of the industry-education integration into employment promotion appraisal standards and reforming the university-owned enterprise management.
