摘要
为研究空间数据不确定性对空间数据质量评价的影响,提出用区间直觉模糊集理论和多位专家综合意见对空间数据质量进行评价。通过实例计算表明:采用区间直觉模糊集IIFHA或IIFHG算子的评价结果与得分加权函数评价方法结果一致,但区间直觉模糊集IIFHA或IIFHG算子能充分考虑空间数据质量信息自身的重要性程度,且能同时考虑肯定、否定和不确定3种不同的空间数据信息,因此,评价结果更能反映细微的差别。研究结果可为空间数据质量评价提供参考。
In order to fully study the influence of spatial data uncertainty on spatial data quality evaluation and can really play a role in evaluation, interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set IIFHA or IIFHG operator and a number of experts are adopted to process spatial data quality evaluation. The results show that: the evaluation results of interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set IIFHA or IIFHG operator are consitent with the evaluation results of the weighted score function, but the interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy set IIFHA or IIFHG operator can consider not only importance of spatial data quality informations, but also three kinds of different data information which are affirmative,negative and uncertain,it can reflect the subtle difference compared with weighted score function method. The results of this study can provide reference for the spatial data quality evaluation.
