护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on glucose control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes

目的探讨护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血糖控制及妊娠结局的影响。方法随机选取2014年2月—2015年10月本院收治的110例妊娠期糖尿病患者临床资料,根据随机数字法将110例患者分成对照组与观察组各55例。对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用整体护理干预,比较2组患者血糖控制情况和妊娠结局。结果观察组血糖始终控制在正常范围内,观察组血糖控制情况显著优于对照组;观察组剖宫产、妊娠期高血压疾病、新生儿窒息、巨大儿、羊水过多等不良妊娠结局显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者应用临床护理干预,可以使患者将血糖控制在正常范围内,有效降低不良妊娠结局。

Objective To explore effect of nursing intervention on glucose control and pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes. Methods Clinical materials of 110 patients withgestational diabetes were selected from February 2014 to December 2015. According to a random digital method, the 110 patients were divided into control group and observation group, 55 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given holistic nursing interventions. Glucose control and pregnancy outcomes were compared between two groups. ResultsThe blood glucose was controlled in the normal range in the observation group, and blood glucose control was significantly better than the control group. Adverse pregnant outcomes such as rate of cesarean section, pregnancy - induced hypertension, neonatal asphyxia, great children, excessive amniotic fluid in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . ConclusionApplication of clinical nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can control blood glucose in the normal range and reduce adverse pregnant outcomes.
