Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of pain after entering the operation room in the patients with lower limb fracture. Methods Fifty patients with lower limb fractures from October 2014 to April 2015 were designed as control group, and 50 patients with lower limb fracture from May 2015 to October 2015 were designed as experimental group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given special nursing interventions.Pain scores and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The pain caused by transportation accounted for 30. 0 % , caused by anesthesia factors accounted for 26. 0 % ,caused by disease factors accounted for 19. 0 % , caused by nonstandard surgical operations accounted for 8. 0 % , and patients without the pain accounted for 17.0%. After intervention, the pain score decreased significantly (P <0. 01) , and was significantly lower in the experimental group than the controlgroup ( P < 0. 01) . Nursing satisfaction degree in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion The main reasons for pain after entering the operation room in the patients with lower limb fracture are nonstandard handling operation and surgical anesthesia position, and targeted nursing for the reason of pain can significantly alleviate symptom.
