美皮康泡沫敷料在临床无创机械通气患者中的应用及效果

Effect of mepilex foam dressing on treatment of patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation

目的探讨美皮康泡沫敷料在无创机械通气患者中的临床应用效果。方法将80例冠心病合并慢性肺部阻塞性疾病中出现呼吸衰竭症状行无创机械通气的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组用美皮康泡沫敷料贴在面部两侧及鼻跟部,对照组采用普通口鼻面罩法,疗程结束后比较2组患者血氧饱和度及舒适度。结果观察组气体泄漏显著低于对照组(P<0.05),血氧饱和度和舒适度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床无创机械通气患者应用美皮康泡沫敷料能提高使用面罩患者血氧饱和度和舒适度,减少面部气体泄漏情况的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of mepilex foam dressing on treatment of patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Methods A total of 80 CHD and COPD patients with symptom of respiratory failure were treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The observation group was treated with mepilex foam dressing on both sides of the face and nose, while the control group was treated with ordinary oronasal mask method. At the end of the treatment, blood oxygen saturation and comfortable degree were compared.Results The gas leakage in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , and the oxygen saturation and comfortable level were significantly better than the control group (P < 0. 01 ) . Conclusion Application of mepilex foam dressing in treatment of patients with non-invasive mechanical ventilation can improve the blood oxygen saturation and comfortable degree and reduce incidence of facial gas leakage.
