综合护理干预对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on negative emotion and sleep quality of patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema

目的探讨对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者实施综合护理干预,观察其对患者负面情绪以及睡眠治疗的影响,为提高护理质量提供依据。方法选择本院接受住院治疗的慢性支气管炎以及肺气肿患者,按照各自接受护理方式的不同分成观察组(综合护理干预)与对照组(常规护理干预),分别对2组患者的负性情绪表现以及睡眠质量进行评价。结果观察组患者接受治疗护理过程中,所表现出的负性情绪症状较少,患者普遍睡眠质量较高,与对照组整体情况相比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效减少慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者负性情绪,改善睡眠质量,提高整体护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the negative emotion and sleep quality of patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema.Methods The patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The observation group was given the comprehensive nursing and control group was given the conventional nursing. The negative emotion and sleep quality were evaluated in both groups. Results During the treatment, the negative emotions and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of negative emotions in patients with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary emphysema, improve the patientr's sleep quality and the overall nursing quality.
