目的探讨七何分析法在不锈钢器械锈渍预防及处理中的应用。方法利用七何分析法理清思路,分析器械锈渍产生的原因、程度,改进方案,提出预防和解决锈渍问题的对策。结果七何分析法可有效清除不锈钢器械的锈渍。结论在器械锈渍预防和处理过程中引入七何分析法,能提高除锈效率。

Objective To explore the application of 5W2H analytical method in prevention and clean of rust in stainless steel equipment. Methods Causes of rust were discussed by 5W2H analytical method, and prevention and countermeasures for rust were proposed. Results It was effective to use the 5W2H analytical method to solve the problem of rust. Conclusion In the prevention and clean of rust in stainless steel equipment, the 5W2H analytical method can increase cleaning rate of rust.
