Establishment of health guidance curriculum for stroke patients and evaluation of intervention effect

摘要 目的建立脑卒中患者健康指导课程,评价其提升患者疾病知识水平的效果。方法选择59例脑卒中患者参加健康指导课程,分5期,每期10.12例。采用问卷调查方法,收集指导前后患者脑卒中知识得分及对课程的满意度。结果患者脑卒中知识得分由指导前的(41.12±17.8)分提升至指导后的(52.45±10.2)分(P<0.05);对课程的形式和内容总体满意度分别为100%和96.22%。结论建立脑卒中患者健康指导课程,能显著提升患者对疾病知识的知晓度。 Objectives To establish the health guidance curriculum for stroke patients and to evaluate its effect on the promotion of knowledge awareness and satisfaction degree. Methods A total of 59 patients with stroke were selected to participate in the health guidance curriculum, 10 to 12 patients in each session (totally 5 sessions) . The self - made questionnaire was used to survey knowledge of stroke and satisfaction degree before and after health guidance curriculum. Results The score of knowledge of stroke and satisfaction degree were (41. 12 ±17. 8) and 1 0 0 % before the health guidance curriculum, which were significantly lower than (52. 45 ± 10. 2) and 96. 2 2 % after the health guidance curriculum (P <0. 01) . Conclusion The establishment of health guidance curriculum can significantly promote the knowledge awareness of stroke patients.
