延伸护理在严重烧伤患者康复期中的应用

Application of extension nursing in rehabilitation period of patients with severe burn

目的探讨延伸护理在严重烧伤患者康复期的效果。方法 55例患者作为对照组,给予一般出院指导。65例患者作为干预组,在出院后半个月、1个月、3个月及半年后分别进行电话随访,给予用药指导、康复指导、心理问题分析等措施。比较2组患者生存质量、生活能力、心理状况等。结果干预组肢体功能正常/异常比例、生存质量评分、焦虑抑郁得分、自理/不能自理患者比例、重返社会能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延伸护理能提高严重烧伤患者康复期功能锻炼依从性、自理能力及生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of extension nursing in the rehabilitation period of patients with severe bum. Methods A total of 55 patients were selected as control group and treated with normal guidance of hospital discharg. A total of 65 patients were selected as intervention group and treated with telephone follow-up at the time points of half a month, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after hospital discharge. The intervention measures such as medication guidance, rehabilitation guidance and psychological problem analysis were performed. Quality of life, life ability and psychological status were compared between two groups. Results Ratio of patients with normal/abnormal limb function, score of quality of life, scores of anxiety and depression, ratio of patients with self-care ability/non self-care ability and ability return to society in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Extension nursing can improve the complicanceof function exercise, self-care ability and quality of life in severe bum patients in rehabilitation period.
