摘要
目的探讨查对制度情景模拟训练在低年资护士教学中的应用效果。方法选取106名低年资护士为研究对象,实施查对制度情景模拟训练,分别观察2015年1—5月(培训前)和2015年6—12月(培训后)查对制度相关护理不良事件发生率和护理人员一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分、培训后低年资护士对情景模拟演示的满意度。结果培训后查对制度相关护理不良事件发生率较培训前显著降低(P<0.05);培训后护士GSES评分(3.14±0.23)分,较培训前的(2.56±0.25)分显著提高(P<0.01);培训后护士对情景模拟训练能够"提高规范操作能力""提高专业发展能力"的满意度均>95%。结论查对制度情景模拟训练教学能够降低年资护士相关护理不良事件的发生率,提高护士的规范操作能力和专业发展能力,提高护士自我效能感。
Objective To investigate the effect of scene-simulated training based on check systems in teaching for junior nurses. Methods A total of 106 junior nurses were selected and given scene-simulated training based on check systems. The incidence rates of adverse event and general self-efficacy scale (GSES) before training (from Jan 2015 to May 2015) and after training ( from June 2015 to Dec 2015) were compared. The satisfaction degree of nurses after training was observed andanalyzed. Results The incidence rate of adverse event decreased after training ( P < 0. 05 ) . The score of GSES was (3.14 ±0.23) after training, which was significantly higher than (2.56 ±0.25) before training ( P <0.01). Issues with satisfaction degree over 95 % were u improving ability of standard operation and “ elevating professional skill” ? Conclusion Scene - simulated training based on check systems can reduce the incidence rate of nursing-related adverse events, improve the professional ability and self efficacy in junior nurses.
