摘要 以解析几何与齿轮啮合原理为理论基础,分析砂轮成形磨削渐开螺旋面工件时二者的相对位置关系,建立砂轮成形磨削数学模型,推导出砂轮回转面与工件螺旋面的接触条件及砂轮轴向截形方程,分析研究接触线与砂轮截形性质。结合实例,运用MATLAB计算出砂轮的轴向截形坐标,使用UG建立齿轮与砂轮三维装配模型。为验证砂轮截形数据的正确性,对螺旋齿轮进行磨削试验,试验表明对于成形磨削参数计算还需继续优化完善。 In this paper, the relative positional relationship between the two faces when the shaped grinding wheel involute is working is analyzed based on the analytic geometry and the gear engagement principle, mathematical model of the shaped grinding wheel is established, the contact conditions between the rotary wheel surface and the axial truncate equation of the wheel are deduced, and the contact line and property of the wheel truncate nature are analyzed and researched. Combining with examples, the axial truncate coordinates of the shaped grinding wheel are calculated by using the MATLAB, and a three-dimensional assembly model for the gear and the wheel is established through the UG. To verify the correctness of the wheel truncate data, a grind test to the helical gears is then conducted, the test indicates that it needs further optimization and improvement to calculate the form grinding parameters.
