摘要
为满足国际市场对快移快装钻机的需求,开发了ZJ50/3150DBT迅捷钻机。该钻机井架底座由8个独立不超限运输模块组成,在短距离运输时可做为一个模块整体运输;仅需一付液缸即可完成井架底座的起升和下放;钻机总体模块中的泥浆罐、泥浆泵、电控-柴油机组部分各自作为一个模块进行独立运输,各模块间采用快速安装设计,可实现当天搬迁、当天安装、当天开钻。通过SAFI仿真分析,井架底座的钢结构可以满足各类工况的使用要求。
In order to meet the requirements of quick-carrying drilling rig in international market, the ZJ50/3150DBT quickcarrying drilling rig is developed in this paper. The derrick substructure is composed of 8 independent non-oversize transportation modules; during the short- distance transportation, the mast is not required to lower and the rig can be integrally moved;only a pair of hydraulic cylinder is required to raise and lower the derrick substructure; mud tank, mud pump, electric control system and diesel engine set can be moved as an independent module respectively. Relocation, installation and drilling can be achieved in the same day. Through the SAFI simulated analysis, it is shown that the steel structure of the derrick substructure could meet operating requirements under different working conditions.
