大口径低速直流式风力测试平台的设计与制造 被引量:1

摘要 根据低速直流式风洞设计原理,设计并搭建一大口径低速直流式风力测试平台,采用多层蜂窝器和阻尼网来保证流场品质。使用皮托管在试验段不同深度和不同高度进行风速测量,对风流的均匀性和稳定性进行标定。结果表明,所设计搭建的风力测试平台具有较高品质的风流流场,能够满足各种中小模型的风洞实验的要求。 According to the principle of low-speed large-caliber wind tunnel design, a large-caliber low-speed straight-flow wind tunnel test platform is designed and constructed in this article. The flow quality is guaranteed with the use of honeycomb net and damping mesh. Speed tests of the air flow are perfomied with the Pitot tube in different depths and heights in the experimental section, so as to standardize the uniformity and stability of wind flow. The results show that the wind tunnel test platform has an aiiilow field of high quality, which could meet the requirements of various wind tunnel tests of small and middle sized models.
