双枪高压无气喷涂机喷嘴结构设计

摘要 介绍了双枪高压无气喷涂机的的工作原理和组成,介绍了喷涂物在输漆管中的压降与输漆管长度和输出量和输漆管内径的关系。基于FLURNT软件对喷嘴内部的流场进行了数值模拟,详细介绍了计算分析的过程,分析了该喷嘴速度和射程之间的关系,为喷嘴设计提供了理论依据。 In order to solve the shortages of double-gun high-pressure airless spraying machine in domestic, the double-gun high-pressure airless spraying machine was researched and developed in this paper. The working principle and composition of high-pressure airless spraying machine were introduced. Through analysis and research of the high-pressure airless spraying machine, the plunger pump of spraying machine was designed. The strength of hydraulic pump plunger was analyzed based on the Ansys software. The maximum tensile stress was 59. 3 MPa which occurred at the top corner of the notch. The maximum compressive stress in the plunger notch and lower shaft suddenly increased or decreased, and the maximum compressive stress is 36. 5 MPa. It is shown through the analysis that the strength and stiffness of hydraulic piston pump were compliance with the design requirements. It would provide theoretical basis for the structural design of the piston pump.
