摘要 以某型钻机移运装置为研究对象,由于其小批量个性化的设计生产特性(多以单套生产为主),针对设计过程中无法及时依靠理论和试验解决其设计参数与安全性能的合理量化,结合移运轨道在最危险工况下的受力情况分析,运用有限元计算模拟真实受力环境对其强度进行分析,通过分析提出设计改进意见,为设计生产提供理论依据。 A certain type of rig moving device is set as the object in this paper. Because of its small batches of personalized design and production characteristics ( Single set of production as the main form) , and unable to rely on theory and test to complete its reasonable quantitative of the design parameters and the safety performance in the design process, combining the moving rail in the most dangerous conditions of stress situation, the real environment is simulated by using the finite element calculation, and its force strength is analyzed. By analyzing the results, the design improvement suggestions are proposed so as to provide a theoretical basis for the design and production.
