摘要
为拓展俄罗斯石油市场,我公司专门针对俄罗斯油田地域分布特点(地表恶劣、气温低)研发了ZJ50/3150DB低温列车式钻机。该钻机将钻井模块整体置于运移轨道之上,安装在运移轨道上的两组平移液压缸推动钻机通过滚轮沿着运移轨道整体移动;钻机运移轨道宽,对地压力小,配有完善的加热系统和保温棚,设计最低工作温度为零下45℃,可适应俄罗斯冬季寒冷环境中在松软无基础的冻土上进行丛式井作业。
In order to expand the Russian oil market, our company developed the ZJ5 0 DB low temperature train type drilling rig specifically for the Russian oil field distribution characteristics ( soft formation, low temperature). The drilling module of the rig would be entirly on the migration track ; two groups of translational hydraulic cylinder were mounted on a track to promote the migration through the roller rig along the track. The track of rig migration is broad, and has small pressure to the ground, the lowest working temperature is -4 5 ^ with perfect heating system and insulation shed, thus the rig could be adapt to the cold environment to complete the cluster well operations on the soft foundation soil of Russia in winter.
