摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al2O3/Cu基复合材料,并通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪对材料的组织进行研究,得出结论。结果表明:随着氧化铝含量从1.0%增加到3.0%,复合材料随着Al2O3体积分数的增加,硬度越来越小,Al元素偏聚趋势增大,力学性能呈下降趋势。
In this paper, the sol-gel method is selected to prepare the Al30 3/C u matrix composites, and the organization of material studied with the metallographic. microscope, the scanning electron .microscope and. the energy spect.romete mechanical properties are tested. The results show thatt with the alumina content increased from 1,. 0%- to 3. 0% , the hardness of the composite materials is smallei* and smaller with the inci*ease of A120 3 volume fraction. Segregation tendency of the A1 element is increasing, and t.he mechanical performance is on a declining curve.
