一起机械伤害事故的现场技术还原

摘要 针对某铜冶炼厂自热炉系统的氧枪机发生的一起配重坠落导致物体打击事故,从现场核心零配件的受力情况出发,详细分析配重坠落的条件,是静载荷还是冲击载荷导致螺栓和链条断裂?是检修时的正常位置坠落还是存在卡阻而从非正常的高处坠落?通过理论计算和现场分析,还原事故真相,得出正确结论。同时从管理因素分析发生事故的原因,从而为采取针对性的措施提供依据。 In this paper, aiming at the accident of counterweight crashed against objects from the oxygen of self-heating furnace system in a copper smelter, starting from the stress situation of the core parts, the falling weight conditions were analyzed in detail. Is the static load or the impact load that leads to fracture of the bolt and chain? Does it fall from the normal position to overhaul resistance, or fall down from the heights of the abnormal because of blocking? Through theoretical calculation and field analysis, the accident is restored to draw the correct conclusions. Meanwhile, causes of the accident are analyzed from the management factors, so as to provide the basis for targeted measures.
