摘要 主要对矿井机械电气设备的自动化调试技术进行了解读和剖析,并重点介绍了调试技术控制模式的设计要点和配套措施。由于矿井日常生产运营过程中所使用的机械电气设备数量较多,同时有着相当复杂的功能,其调试工作难度极大,因此在机械电气设备的调试过程中,工程技术人员必须使用科学、合理的方法和技术,在提升机电设备调试与维护效率的同时,为其安全的运转和使用提供有力支持,以期创造出更大的经济和社会效益。 In this paper, the automation debugging technology of the mine mechanical and electrical equipments is mainly in terpretedand analyzed, especially focusing on the design points and supporting measures of the debugging technology control mode. Due to the large number of mechanical and electrical equipments used in mine in the daily operation process, as well as these fairly complex functions, the debugging difficulty is very great, therefore, in debugging process of the mechanical and electrical equipments, engineering technicians have to use the scientific and reasonable methods and techniques to enhance the mechanical and electrical equipment debugging and maintenance efficiency, at the same time, to provide strong support for the safe operation and use, in order to create greater economic and social benefits.
